Sonora
Sonora is designed as an infusion of the savory
southwest and Mexico combined with the aromatic
complexity of the California coast.
A blend of jalapeno and cilantro, with subtle
hints of garlic and onion, Sonora is refreshing
and alive but never overpowering. Use it to
create extraordinary salsas, or as a wonderful
accompaniment for grilled chicken, pork, or
seafood and in brochette. With its light,
refreshing flavor, Sonora blends well with other
ingredients and never leaves an aftertaste.
As a marinade, use Sonora with a little olive or
canola oil and marinate chicken or pork for
one-half hour before cooking. Ingredients swell
with cooking juices, giving your entree the
appearance of a meal prepared from scratch.
